Rent a Friend Club Terms of Use

1. Overview of Services Rent a Friend Club is a digital platform connecting individuals ("Customers") with independent contractors ("Friends") for virtual chats and companionship. Rent a Friend Club does not provide licensed therapy or professional mental health services.

2. Acknowledgment of Non-Therapeutic Services

• Friends are not licensed therapists, counselors, or healthcare professionals. The Platform facilitates companionship services only, and Customers acknowledge that engaging with Friends is for entertainment and social purposes.
• Customers assume full responsibility for their interactions with Friends and acknowledge that any advice or opinions shared are personal and not professional.

3. Friends and Customer Responsibilities

Friends:

• Are independent contractors, not employees of Rent a Friend Club.
• Agree to provide services responsibly and refrain from any illegal or unethical behavior.

Customers:

• Agree to treat Friends with respect and acknowledge that Friends reserve the right to terminate interactions if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
• Acknowledge they are engaging with Friends at their discretion and risk.

4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions when interacting with Friends.
• Attempt to solicit services outside the scope of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability Rent a Friend Club is not liable for:

• The actions, behaviors, or statements of Friends or Customers.
• Any emotional, psychological, or physical harm arising from use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services through the Platform.

6. Payment and Refunds All payments for services are processed through the Platform. Refunds are provided at Rent a Friend Club’s discretion and based on the circumstances of the request.

7. Dispute Resolution All disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, WA.
